NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE EDUCATION AND RESEARCH [NISER]

National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER) is an autonomous Public Research Institute under the Department of Atomic Energy, Govt. of India. The institute is constituent institution of Home Bhabha National Institute (HBNI).

Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research (IISERs) are sister institutions of NISER. There are currently 7 IISERs in India. NISER is in Jatani, Odisha while IISERs are at Kolkata, Pune, Mohali, Bhopal, Berhampur, Tirupati and Thiruvananthapuram.
